• Question: could a spiders poison be consentrated to make a potentially harmful substance?

      Yes. Although for some spiders their venom is harmful without concentrating it. All spiders produce venom which have varied toxicity and effects on the body. There are only a handful of spiders have been known to kill humans in rare cases. Spiders also only produce tiny amounts of venom (only a tiny drop is needed).
